By accessing or using the Rankmint platform ("Service"), operated by Rankmint Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
Rankmint is an enterprise search engine optimization (SEO) and generative engine optimization (GEO) platform. The Service includes, but is not limited to: technical SEO auditing, rank tracking, keyword research, content intelligence, backlink analysis, AI-powered fix recommendations, approval-based publishing workflows, competitor tracking, GEO/AI visibility monitoring, automated remediation, reporting, and API access. The specific features available to you depend on your subscription plan.
To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that pose a security risk.
The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Payment is processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to your selected billing cycle (monthly or annual). Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as expressly stated in these Terms.
Certain features may be subject to usage-based billing, including but not limited to: crawled pages, tracked keywords, AI generation credits, API calls, and report generation. Usage overages beyond your plan limits will be billed at the rates specified in your subscription agreement.
Free trial periods, if offered, allow you to evaluate the Service before committing to a paid subscription. At the end of the trial period, your account will be converted to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends. Promotional pricing, coupons, and discounts are subject to their stated terms and conditions.

The Service, including its software, design, features, documentation, and all related intellectual property, is owned by Rankmint Inc. and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes during the subscription term. You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service.
The Service utilizes artificial intelligence to generate recommendations, content suggestions, title rewrites, meta descriptions, schema markup, and other optimization outputs. All AI-generated content is provided as a recommendation only. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, approving, and publishing any AI-generated content. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, suitability, or effectiveness of AI-generated outputs. You should always verify AI recommendations against your own editorial standards and SEO expertise before implementation.
Our collection, use, and processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described therein. If you use the Service to process personal data of third parties (e.g., website visitors), you are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable data protection laws, including obtaining any necessary consents.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for the Service. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: third-party service outages, network disruptions, natural disasters, or force majeure events. Enterprise customers may negotiate custom Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with specific uptime guarantees and remedies.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rankmint Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability, whether in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings. We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or any other reason at our discretion with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for a reasonable period to allow you to export it, after which it may be permanently deleted.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the modifications, you should discontinue use of the Service before the effective date.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
